Innovative Project Delivery Financial and Commercial Advisory 2019-25

The Agency is seeking to acquire Financial and Commercial expertise to augment and support IDOT staff throughout the project development, procurement and delivery lifecycle. The Agency will utilize this expertise to develop and execute financial and commercial strategy for the alternative delivery of projects including but not limited to Public Private Partnership (P3), Design Build (DB) Delivery Methods and any other potential Alternative Project Delivery (APD) methods.
