The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Innovative Project Delivery (IPD) hereby informs industry via this Notice of Intent (NOI) for the IL 4/15 over Kaskaskia River Bridge Replacement Project.

The Project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing main channel bridge over the Kaskaskia River and the two adjacent bridges over the Kaskaskia River overflow channels on a new alignment to the north of the existing alignment.
