The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Bureau of Innovative Project Delivery (IPD) herby informs industry via this Notice of Intent (NOI) of the District 1 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Intersection Improvements Project (the Project). The Project is anticipated to be delivered under a Design-Build Contract (DB Contract) delivery method.

An Industry Forum will be held on March 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST at the Northern Illinois University-Naperville Conference Center located at 1120 E Diehl Rd, Naperville, IL 60563.
