under commitments on page 2 of teh plan it states trees 3" and above shall NOT be removed between 4/1 and 9/30 is this correct? if yes how will this effect the Notice to Proceed of the project?

Plan sheet 10 under the earthwork schedule teh totals show excess earth excavation of 883 cy but you've included a furnish excavation item? is this correct?

The special provisions under limitations of construction it states all signs are to be new and all devices are to have new sheeting. Resheeting a device is not an option and requires all devices to be purchased new. Is the state wanting the contractors to include the cost on all new devices for every project moving forward as this is the only way this note can be met. This will significantly increase the cost of all traffic control proposals.

The requirement for all signs to be new and that all devices are to be resheeted is contract specific only. (03/31/2023)
