The work to be done under Litter Picking shall consist of the pickup, removal and satisfactory disposal of debris, deceased animal carcasses, refuse, litter, and any other rubbish located on I-94 (Edens Expwy) / US 41 (Skokie Hwy) expressway from Clavey Rd to I-90 (Kennedy Expwy) in Cook and Lake Counties.
