Bulletin Description

The Standard Overlay consists of pavement patching, milling of existing HMA surface, placing hot-mix asphalt leveling binder and surface course, drainage structures adjustment and cleaning, grading and shaping ditches, placement of pavement markings. Located on Illinois Route 171 (Archer Ave.) begins at Boula Ave. and extends in a northeasterly direction for 4,542.2 feet (0.86 mile ) to approximately 0.1 miles southwest of I-355. The improvement is in the City of Lockport, in Will County.

  • Can you please indicate where the Selective Clearing will be needed on the plans?
    Selective clearing locations will be determined in the field by the Resident Engineer. The intent of this item is to clear overgrown vegetation along the edge of shoulder at various locations throughout the project limits. (02/13/2025)
