The Schedule of Quantities on sheet 5 of the plans has Metal Posts Type A at each location of the Terminal Marker-Post Mounted. Art. 725.02 of IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction states that Terminal Marker Posts shall be Type C. Are these to be Terminal Marker Post Mounted (SPL), or was it IDOT's Intent to have Object Markers Type 3 in lieu of Terminal Marker -PM? Would Terminal Marker -Direct Applied be considered on the Steel Rail curled ends?
