Are there any scuppers on railroad bridges?
The project should be bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. Any revisions or omissions of bid items will be handled in construction according to Section 109 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. (06/05/2025)

40 Working days will not be enough time to complete the repair and the cleaning.. Can more be allocated? Or will we need to add liquidated damages to the cost?
