  • Lane closures will be required on I-80 for this work, these are not covered by the traffic control standard pay items. How are these closures paid for?
    An addendum will be issued to address this question. Please continue to monitor the website for an update. (05/29/2025)

  • Since the majority of the unitduct on this project is to remain in place, please provide test results of existing system that the EMC performs as part of the Maintenance Contract so the bidder can understand state of the existing system
    The contractor should bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. (05/29/2025)

  • Is it a conflict of interest that the current EMC is also an authorized bidder? Current EMC has intimate knowledge as the current state of the facilities that other bidders do not have knowledge of
