| Pursuant to the Rules for Prequalification of Contractors and Issuance of Plans and Proposals, 44 Illinois Administrative Code 650.70,... "This contract requires, in addition to the normal IDOT prequalifications requirements, that the Contractor be SSPC - QP1 and QP2 certified. Evidence of certification must be provided prior to receiving authorization to bid." Contractors are required to submit copies of current certificates for each Letting. These certificates must be submitted along with the contractor's original BC 57 Affidavit of Availability. (BC 57) |

80 working days is not enough for this structure contracts that are 10 times less in sqft have more working days can a revision be made to add more days? Also will the space directly underneath the structure be empty because there are vehicles parked in that space?
The Working days will not be adjusted, the contract should be bid as published. The leases for the parking under the structures have and continue to be suspended until the end of 2023 per the Bureau of Land Acquisition at the District one Offices. No private or commercial parking underneath the structures is allowed. (02/17/2022)
