Is the ATS Guardrail Included in the R&R?

The project should be bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, pay items, quantities, plans and specifications available online. (09/09/2020)
Can existing soils information be provided in some form to facilitate the design of the temp soil retention system? This information is required for design. Thank you.
