  • It says response time must be within 2 hours for after hours calls.With this large of an area only contractors with multiple locations can meet this requirement. Would it be possible to split this into Districts 2 and 3 instead of Region 2?
    The contract cannot be split into the individual Districts. The Department will work with the Contractor to agree upon a reasonable response time for each work order as defined on page 9 of the Special Provisions. All work orders are anticipated to be Level 3 and 4. (04/13/2020)
