  • The plans call for 80' of pipe handrail. We can only find 2 small stairs that get pipe handrail on sheet 24. Where does the balance of the rail get installed?
    An addendum will be issued to address this. (04/13/2020)

    The special provision is intended to convey that should a contractor's means and methods include the use of course aggregate or reinforcement during the construction of the sidewalk and side curb, these materials will not be paid for separately but should be included in the price for Portland Cement Concrete Sidewalk 4 Inch, Special. It is not intended to specify that the contractor must use these materials in the construction of the sidewalk and side curb, as there is no detail for this work. (04/08/2020)

  • Will an approximate location/address be provided for the location of the underground storage tank
    Because this is a risk managed project, no PSI was completed. Because of that, the exact locations of the Underground Storage Tanks (UST’s) are unknown. So the Underground Storage Tank Removal pay item is provided in case one is encountered in construction. (04/08/2020)
