Bulletin Description
This work is located at the Illinois Department of Transpiration, District 3, Buckley Maintenance Facility in Iroquois County. This work consists of removing existing HMA and aggregate subbase surfaces, repair and preparation of base course, and placing a polymer HMA asphalt binder cse. (2¼" lift) and a polymer HMA surface *See Remarks*.

Can you please provide the scope of work called for in the Tack Coat item on this project? For example, are you looking for the stone to be primed? If so, please provide application rates.
The application Rates for the Bituminous materials (Tack Coat) Is specified in Section 406.05 of the Standard Specifications. For Milled HMA, Aged Non-Milled HMA, Milled Surfaces: 0.05 (0.244) HMA Lifts, IL-4.75 & Brick: 0.025 (0.122) (04/13/2021)
