  • The Special Provisions dictate that Traffic Control Standard 701426 shall be utilized for the Shoulder Rumble Strip Operation. The Contract does not contain a Traffic Control Pay Item and there is no mention of Traffic Control being incidental to any other item. How is the payment for the Traffic Control to be handled?
    Per Article 701.19 the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Traffic control and protection required under Standard 701426 will not be measured for payment. (06/04/2018)
