  • Can the staging and traffic control plan be modified to allow for runway grooving to be allowed in stages 1,2 simultaneously? If so, can the same modification be made for runway pavement marking.?
    The work area limits, traffic control, and aircraft access shown in the plans cannot be modified to allow full closure of both Work Area 1 and Work Area 2 simultaneously. As noted on Sheet 8 and Sheet 9, “SELECT ITEMS OF WORK MAY BE CONCURRENT WITH OTHER PHASES WITH PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE RPR AND AIRPORT. AIRCRAFT ACCESS AS SHOWN SHALL BE MAINTAINED REGARDLESS OF WORKING IN CONCURRENT PHASES.” (06/02/2026)
