Can you clarify how the pay items listed on Plan Sheet #20 are to be paid for? This includes the METAL POST - TYPE A, SIGN PANELS, and the BUMPER BLOCK. There are no pay items listed for them in the pay item report, IDOT letting portal or reference to include them in an additional pay item in the special provisions or plans.

Sign panels, metal posts, and bumper blocks are not intended as part of this contract. The Resident Engineer shall coordinate signing needs with the District Sign Shop. (04/21/2022)
The previous answer stated no polymer is required. However, the IDOT provided pay item report and the pay item listing on the portal state pay item number 40604150 (POLYMERZIED HOT-MIX ASPHALT SURFACE). Will an addendum be issued?

Can you clarify the asphalt mix being used? Sheet #2 is consistent with the pay item, but Sheet #6 references a poly.

The mix on Sheet #6 should be the same mix specified on the G.N. 406H table on Sheet #2. No polymerized HMA is required. (04/01/2022)
