Plan sheet 5 shows the schedule for resurfacing, does this mean the job has to be completed in 4 phases ?
The project does not have to be carried out in 4 phases. The areas shown on the schedule were called out for computing the pay item quantities only. (04/13/2022)

there is a pay item for locating underground utilities but there is no special provision describing what is involved with this item.
An addendum will be issued to address this. (04/13/2022)

How about we see the plans and spec's, we only have 6 days left to ask a question...
The plans and specifications have already been posted online. If you are having issues viewing the plans and specifications questions should be directed to the IDOT Contracts Office as indicated in the Transportation Bulletin. (04/13/2022)
