Per Plan Sheet #2, the HMA SHOULDERS, SPECIAL is to be an N90 mix. However, the specifications on Page #5 indicate an N50 mix. Is an N90 mix design allowed?
The 406H table is correct with mixture gyrations of N90. The special provision N50 is an error and should be listed as a N90. An addendum will be issued to address this. (04/14/2022)

Per Item #49 on the March 11, 2022 letting, granite or crushed gravel was allowed to be used for the HMA SHOULDERS - SPECIAL. Is crushed gravel acceptable in lieu of granite for the N90 HMA SHOULDERS - SPECIAL?
The aggregate specified in the special provision shall be a crushed granite (or Trap rock). Crushed gravel will not be allowed for use. (04/12/2022)
