1) The pay item for the electric cable #8 is short at least 6,700 feet depending on how this will be circuited. 2) The pay item for LIGHT POLE SPECIAL does not mention fuse holders or surge arrestors. Will these be required at each pole? If so is there room to physically install them in the base of the pole?

1) on page 9 of the Special Provisions LIGHTPOLE FOUNDATION, Special what is meant by floor thickness 0.875? 2) On the same section above is it intended for the concrete bases to form in a Hexagon shape or is is referring to the base of the light pole? 3) Should there be a pay item for Electric Service? If so where is it to be located? 4)Should there be a pay Item for a Lighting Controller? If so will it be near the Electric service?
