  • Will the Existing Dam Plans be uploaded?
    No, the existing as built dam plans do not exist. (09/08/2021)

  • There are to entrances to the dam, one off of Park Rd and the other through Buzzi Unicem. The Park Rd path is only open to the dove hunters, and Buzzi is assumed to be only open to its workers. How are we to access and see the dam?
    The site is in accessible at this time. Bids should be made based on plans and specs as they are written. Access to the site is not currently allowed. (09/08/2021)

  • Per sheet 4 of 12 in the plan set, the note indicates "Storage location for clean concrete blocks and broken concrete/rock/riprap/soil..." Will all concrete, stone and dirt spoils remain on-site after the completion of the project, or will the contractor need to haul all of it off?
    No, all broken concrete, rock, riprap and soil will not remain onsite after completion of the project. All 162 concrete blocks will remain on site per the special provisions. The cost of the removal and disposal of all broken concrete, rock, riprap and soil shall be considered included in the various pay items involved. The following call out on plan sheet 4 of 12 shall be deleted: “STORAGE LOCATION FOR CLEAN CONCRETE BLOCKS AND BROKEN CONCRETE/ROCK/RIPRAP/SOIL EXACT LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED BY THE ENGINEER”. The following call out shall be inserted at the same location as the deleted call out: “STORAGE LOCATION FOR CONCRETE BLOCKS, EXACT LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED BY THE ENGINEER.” (09/08/2021)

  • Can you confirm the bid date of 9-17-21 NOT 9-11-21 that which is in the bidding documents.
    Bid due date is 09/17/21 at 12:00pm. We will issue a bid addendum next week to correct any errors in the specifications. (09/03/2021)
