  • The referenced project consists of deck repairs to a bridge that carries IL 13 over a railroad. It does not appear that there will be work directly over the railroad tracks, but will Railroad Protective Liability Insurance be required? If so, will there be an addendum issued to add a pay item for this and/or address pertinent information required for working with the railroad (Owner contact information, insurance requirements, railroad flagging requirements,etc)?
    Railroad Protective Liability Insurance is not required. (09/06/2018)
