The special provisions call out that all lanes of traffic need to be opened up daily unless shown in the traffic staging. There appears to be no traffic staging plans so please confirm it is the intent that all lanes of traffic are to be opened daily which will require the use of PP5 concrete.

Interpretation of special provision is correct. (10/27/2020)
The description on the lane closures hours page 8. Reads I-55 Stevenson rather than Lake Shore Drive will the hours be the same and are triple lane closures aloud?

Page 5 gives the hours for Lake Shore Drive and Page 8 gives the hours for the I-55 ramps at Lake Shore Drive. No three lane closures will be allowed. (10/27/2020)

Is there a pavement patching schedule with stations?

Patching shall be determined by the Engineer in the field. No patching schedule will be provided. (10/20/2020)
Item # 44213200 (Saw Cuts) is that item 12" patches footage broken out or something else. If so what depth is it.

The saw cuts are for the pavement patching. The Department is in the process of issuing an addendum, please monitor the website for the addendum. (10/19/2020)
The patching items listed on the pay items say Pavement Patching and on the plans it says Class B Patches. I assume they are concrete and not asphalt?

The description in the plans is correct. An addendum will be issued to revise the Schedule of Prices to agree with the Summary of Quantities in the Plans. (10/14/2020)
