When a smart work zone is setup, the software vendor charges a fee. Currently there is no place to cover this cost as everything is on a weekly basis with no guarantee of durations. Would it be possible to add a pay item for smart work zone setup?
The item should be bid according to the plans and specifications online. (03/31/2021)
