I spoke with a couple of producers for the concrete beams and I was told that if everything went smoothly a mid July delivery is the best they could guarantee right now, which is a few weeks later than when they would be needed. With such a tight timeframe for completion, would a delayed start or a time extension be considered if the beams are not ready when they would be needed?

The contractor should bid the project under the specifications and times listed in the contract and plan to meet those deadlines. (03/31/2021)
