1. Is the intent to open the runway every night or is the airport closed for the duration of the project? 2. I don't see the Electrical Hand Holes on the drawings and no detail. Can you please provide?

1. It is not intended for the runway to be opened every night. Sheet 3 of the Plans indicates that “Any work within 125’ of the centerline of the runway will require closure of the runway”. 2. There are no new handholes to be constructed as part of this project. An Addendum shall be issued to clarify this question. (10/30/2024)
Multiple questions 1 - Bid item AR109311 what is the input voltage of the CCR? 2 - Plans sheet 7 shows an existing sign to be upgraded to LED. Which bid item is this to be paid for? Who is the manufacturer of the existing sign? 3 - L-867 Bases for the runway and taxiway lighting are called out as Size D (16” diameter). Please confirm that this is proper size to be used vs. Size B (12” diameter).

1. The input voltage to the CCR is 240 volts, single phase. 2. Pay Item AR125475: 5 CHARACTER SIGN LED UPGRADE with a unit of EACH and a quantity of (1) will be added to the project by Addendum. 3. The bases should be L-867, Class 1, Size B (12” diameter). (10/29/2024)
