Can you please confirm the awarded contractor must complete 50% of the work as this is a small business contract?

SBI contracts are not exempt from the requirement the contractor must complete 50 percent of the contract with their own forces and must follow Article 108.01 of the Standard Specifications. (10/28/2024)
When will bid docs be released?

The Department is currently processing the Contract. All the documents are required to be published prior to October 25th. Contractors should monitor the website for the actual publication date. (10/22/2024)
