  • Please confirm if the state would like tack coat applied prior to the slurry seal. The JSP specifies that "no tack coat shall be applied to the new HMA surface" but the plans/line items break out a quantity for bituminous materials (tack coat)
    An addendum will be issued to address these questions. Please continue to monitor the website for an update. (07/15/2025)
