Hello, I would like to bid on this project and have a few questions: 1) the pay items shows 200 miles, however is that the total miles including both inside shoulders and centerline miles? If not, then the 200 miles would actually be 800 because you would need to sweep both outside shoulders and inside shoulders. Am I correct in my thinking?

Supplemental sweeping is just shoulder locations where a condition may occur where a hazard needs immediate attention. These areas maybe just one shoulder at a location or multiple shoulders depending on what the hazard is. The contractor should bid the contract as posted on the bulletin as according to the posted Standard Specifications, plans, and special provisions. (07/07/2025)
