for pay item X1700012 Conb. concrete C&G B6.18 (Temporary) is it correct that the existing curb when removed to install inlets and pipe that removal will be paid for under the C&G removal pay item, and when the temporary curb is removed the temporary C&G will be paid for under the same C&G removal pay item?
Yes, both instances will be paid for at the contract unit price per foot for combination curb and gutter removal. (07/24/2023)

Is there leniency on start date? Wondering if a March 2024 start is possible.
Working days are not charged from Nov 30 until May 1. Depending on when the contract is award and other factors, there is a potential for working days to be charged this fall. (07/20/2023)
