sheet 2 of the plans under COMMITMENTS states no tree removal from April 1 to Sept, 30 is this correct?

IDOT will commit to cutting down trees within the project limits that have been identified as suitable bat habitat prior to the March 31st tree removal restriction deadline. IDOT forces will knock down the identified trees and lay them on the ground. Once the contract is executed, it will be the Contractor's responsibility to clean up and dispose of the trees via the tree removal pay items included in the plans. This will remove the tree removal restriction from contract 72F27. (02/27/2020)
