  • Per page 8 section 5 of the Notice to Bidders, Specifications and Proposal; ” Litter Picking will be measured for payment in miles of expressway shoulder cleaned and in miles of rounded down to the tenth of a mile” Is this to be interpreted to mean that in an area with north bound and south bound right hand shoulders and north bound and south bound median shoulders, the contractor would get paid per mile for each of the 4 shoulders?
    Interpretation is correct. Litter Picking shall be measured for payment as described in the special provisions. (01/08/2020)
