Our Certificate of Eligibility is $107M and in the past it was “super unlimited” which meant we didn’t need to fill out an “Affidavit of Availability.” Do we need to fill out the “Affidavit of Availability” given our $107M value on our certificate?

The Affidavit will need to be submitted and mailed in with original signatures and notary. (09/03/2026)
Is the lining on this project to be CIPP or Slip Lining?

The culvert lining shall be installed using the insertion (slip lining) method as shown on Sheet #5 within the plans. (09/02/2026)
Can you please provide plans showing the locations of the culverts to be lined?

This is a call-out contract, and work locations are not known at the time of letting. (09/02/2026)
None of the pay items are called out as specialty items. We believe that the Insertion Culvert Lining and the Pipe Culverts to be Cleaned items should be specialty items. Could you please review these?

Can you please provide the actual specs and plans for this project. There is nothing in the documents that pertains to the Culvert Cleaning and Lining. Is this slip lining?
