  • Previously this project did not have peak hour restrictions. Now that these restrictions have been added the working days are still at 30 WD. Should not these days be revised to 40 or 45 to allow for the mutli-faceted work (full-depth patching, partial-depth patching, milling, ultra-thin placement, pavement marking, etc.....).
    We have determined that 30 working days is feasible for this contract. (05/18/2020)

  • Last year on CN 76M07 the peak demand restrictions allowed the contractor to work on the weekends (peak hour only applied to weekdays). It seemed to work well. Can you further define that the peak hour restrictions only apply to weekdays?
    The peak hour restrictions are for all 7 days of the week. (05/18/2020)
