  • Will multiple 14 consecutive day lane closures be allowed in the same lane/direction at any given time?
    The project should be bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. (02/23/2026)

  • Will multiple mainline lane closures per direction/per lane be allowed throughout the project as long as the individual long term lane closure does not exceed 14 consecutive days? Or is the project limiting 14 days worth of closure total for that aforementioned stretch?
    Multiple lane closures in each direction are allowed as long as the minimum gaps between closures are followed per Standard Specifications. (02/20/2026)

  • Per Notes 4 under the General Notes Brass Station Stenciling is called out. Due to the proposed lift thickness of the UTBWC there will be no way to install this.
