Cold-in-place recycling and HMA resurfacing of CH 2 and a portion of CH 14 in Pike County. A portion of CH 14 will also consist of full-depth reclamation and resurfacing. Work also includes aggregate shoulders, guardrail, pavement markings and other required work.
