  • Are all the additional flaggers that are required per the special provision for traffic control being paid for according to article 701.20 or are they incidental to the traffic control and protect special pay item?
    Additional flaggers will not be paid for separately, per the last paragraph of the special provision “The cost of the work stipulated within this Traffic Control Plan and the Traffic Control Standards…” is included in the cost of Traffic Control and Protection, (Special). (02/18/2026)
