  • Are all PCC sidewalks and driveways to be removed? Are all ACC driveways to be removed? .Is the discontinuance of Water & Sewer incidental to the contract?
    Utility discontinuance/removal is part of the contract and covered in the building removal special provisions. Sidewalk/driveway removals are not included in the building removal. Those will be addressed in the upcoming roadway contract. (09/11/2024)

  • Is tree removal going to be considered incidental? Access, site grading and the work will require tree removal.
    This is included as collateral work to complete the project. (09/11/2024)

  • Is the detached garage included at 623 S Main street in this demolition specification? It is included in the asbestos report but not on the plan set
    Yes, it is included. An addendum will be issued to add it to the plans. (09/10/2024)

  • Based on the amount of work including the incidental work, can there be additional working days added, 15 days is short.
    The project should be bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. (09/10/2024)
