1. What rate do you want the prime coat? Assume using MC-30? 2. What type of chips would you prefer - crushed stone or gravel? 3. What oil for the cover/seal coat would you prefer? (Dependent on type of chips used) At rates shown on page 3, looks like some sort of emulsion. Thanks
