Item reference X0323917 calls for a 334 cabinet meeting the Caltrans requirements. Caltrans specs require the assembly to have a PDA assembly and input file that are typically used with a Caltrans style traffic controller (such as a 2070). The plan sheet drawings show a different setup with power panel and fiber enclosure. Please confirm that the Input file is not required and Caltrans specs can be deviated to match the plan sheet setup.

The cabinet will be used strictly for ITS and DMS components. It does not need to meet the Caltrans spec and does not need to contain any of the items required for traffic signals and detector stations. (07/18/2024)
