  • TRAF BAR TERM T6A MOD – Plan sheet 6 shows Item 5 (TBT T6A MOD) extending from STA 4+21 (LT/RT) to 4+92 (LT) & 5+00 (RT). The SCHD of QTYs on sheet 3 reflects a similar condition. It does NOT appear that the TY6 MOD can be applicable to the runs of GR at the far East side of the roadway. Please confirm that the TBT T6A MOD is only to be installed between STA 4+22 (LT/RT) to STA 4+58 (LT/RT) and advise on end sections at STA 4+82 (LT) & 4+90 (RT).
    TRAFFIC BARRIER TERMINAL, TYPE 6A (MODIFIED) pay item shall include all guardrail and end sections between stations shown on Sheet 6 of the plans. The curved section west of the private entrances (Lt & Rt. Sta. 4+48.11 to 4+58.11) shall begin after the 6’-3” single transition section of thrie beam shown on Standard 631032-10. The curved section east of the private entrances (Lt. Sta. 4+82.11 to 4+98.11 & Rt. Sta. 4+90.11 to 5+08.36) shall be constructed of single section of w-beam according to Standard 631032-10. End sections shown on sheet 3 of 4 of Standard 630001-13 shall be constructed at Lt. Sta. 4+58.11, Rt. Sta. 4+58.11, Lt. Sta. 4+82.11, and Rt. Sta. 4+90.11. (01/05/2026)
