Plan detail shows bituminous shoulders at Guardrail locations to be a minimum of 10" and varies. For purposes of installing Guardrail posts, is there a maximum depth that can be specified?

Ten inches is the maximum thickness for the shoulder under the guardrail. The variable part of the shoulder thickness will be less than 10 inches. (12/22/2025)
